Who runs this site
The Website Studio is a trading name of Harrison Ross, a sole trader based in Brighton and Hove, East Sussex, United Kingdom. Enquiries: harrisonross555@gmail.com.
These details are published to meet the Electronic Commerce (EC Directive) Regulations 2002.
The work shown here
The projects in the index are websites designed and built by this studio. Some are live sites for clients. Others are proposals and redesign concepts produced for a named business, and where that is the case the case study says so.
Business names, logos, photography and trade marks appearing in those screenshots belong to the businesses concerned, and are shown to identify the work rather than to imply any endorsement or ongoing relationship. If you own one and would like it removed, email the address above and it will be taken down promptly, without argument.
Our own material
The design, code, layout and writing of this website belong to The Website Studio. Please do not copy them wholesale. Quoting a paragraph with a link back is welcome.
Nothing here is a quote
The project planner produces an indicative build time, not a price and not an offer. Timescales, availability and everything else on the site are given in good faith and may change. A binding price comes in writing, after a conversation.
Links out
Case studies link to the live client sites. Those are separate websites run by other people, with their own terms, privacy practices and accessibility standing. We are not responsible for them.
Liability
This site is provided as it is. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
